Please read everything before commissioning me. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.

GENERAL

• All commissions are for personal, non-profit purposes. As of right now I don't offer commercial-related commissions.• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the commissioned piece as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT for sale).• You may display your commission on your website, profile picture, banner, wallpaper, etc. as long as it’s visibly credited and linked back to me. You may not claim my work as your own.• You are not authorized to change, modify, or edit my works without my permission.• Any harassment in an attempt to bargain for a commission (a ‘slot’) is not tolerated. This includes inappropriately worded comments on my profile, as well as private messages. I reserve the right to place anyone on the blacklist over harassment.• Commissions will be posted on my social media unless requested otherwise.• I retain all copyright ownership of the commissioned piece and may post it on my social media, use it in portfolios, etc.
• I will NOT draw: R18 nsfw, furries, mecha. Please refer to my gallery for the type of artworks I generally do.• I do not allow my art to be used for NFT and AI purposes. I forbid my art to be uploaded to any AI system.

COMMISSION PROCESS

• All prices are in USD.• Commission requests are to be sent through a google form.• Applications are not first come first serve. I reserve the right to decline your request.• Once your application is accepted I will contact you with the details. If your application is rejected there will be no response.• Payment will be made via PayPal or Wise (preference for Wise as it has a smaller fee compared to PayPal).• I will start on your commission after I receive full payment. Commissions can take 2-6 weeks depending on my workload.• There will be NO REFUNDS after I start the sketch. I will send a sketch WIP, allowing up to 3 revisions before finalizing it.• Once your commission is complete, I will send you two file versions: with and without my watermark. The version WITH the watermark is for you to post on your social media gallery (with credit back to me), and the version WITHOUT the watermark is for personal use (profile picture, wallpaper, etc).
